The Right to Peace Project

The Right to Peace Project is a purpose-driven campaign with the singular goal of ratifying a treaty guaranteeing the right to peace as an applied basic human right. If adopted, the instrument will add a layer of protection against the devastating consequences of wars of aggression. Using dignified diplomacy, we engage diplomats, ministers, heads of state and government, and other policy decision-makers to encourage the adoption of the treaty. Imagine a world where the authors of acts of aggression personally “pay” — literally — for the damages caused by breaching humanity’s right to peace.
